Job Summary
We are seeking a Workplace Services Officer to manage timeframes and provide advice to stakeholders to support the delivery of outstanding service in building and workplace operations.
This role involves ensuring a professional working environment, maintaining facilities management activities, and managing client expectations by providing facilities and accommodation support.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to interpret policy and advise staff of best practice relating to guidelines and policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timeframes and provide advice to stakeholders to support the delivery of outstanding service in building and workplace operations.
- Ensure a professional working environment, maintaining facilities management activities, and managing client expectations by providing facilities and accommodation support.
- Participate in staff development and training activities, develop new and existing staff, and ensure own developmental needs are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret policy and advise staff of best practice relating to guidelines and policy.
