About the Role

  • Technical Support Specialist: Provide in-depth assistance to our valued customers with their drone hardware and software issues.
  • Problem-Solving Expertise: Utilize your analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
  • Client Relationship Manager: Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients through excellent communication and post-sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage repair workflows, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure timely resolutions for drone-related hardware issues.
  • Deliver top-notch technical support to clients, addressing both software and hardware concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance, warranties, and service logs.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations of drone hardware and software, as well as provide training on proper operation and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Regularly report repair statuses and support outcomes to the Head of Enterprise, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical repairs, preferably in electronics or UAV-related fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage repairs and compliance documentation.
  • Proactive approach to customer service and enthusiasm for providing exceptional support.

Additional Information

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends
