**Job Overview**:
Join our dynamic team in Brunswick, VIC, as a Drone Technology Administrative Coordinator. This role focuses on administrative tasks, including managing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) cases, coordinating logistics, and providing customer support.

You'll work with SAP Business One and our in-house systems to ensure smooth operations, with occasional support for warehouse tasks like order processing and inventory management. This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to learn about drone technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage RMA jobs in SAP Business One and in-house systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Coordinate logistics for RMA cases and communicate with manufacturers to facilitate submissions.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including pick/pack, stocktakes, and unpacking deliveries as needed.
- Support the repair and warehouse teams with administrative tasks, such as job creation and general record-keeping.
- Participate in training to learn about drone technology - with opportunities to explore how drones work
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions.
- Willingness to learn technical systems like SAP Business One and internal processes.
- Comfortable with occasional physical tasks, such as lifting light stock.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or logistics is an advantage but not essential.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Driver's Licence and/or Forklift Licence (preferred but not required)
