Drone Operations Administrative Specialist

This role involves overseeing day-to-day tasks, including the management of RMA cases, logistics coordination, and customer support. You will work closely with SAP Business One and our internal systems to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage RMA jobs in SAP Business One and internal systems.
- Coordinate logistics for RMA cases and communicate with manufacturers.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including pick/pack, stocktakes, and unpacking deliveries.
- Support the repair and warehouse teams with administrative tasks.
- Participate in training to learn about drone technology and its applications.
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn technical systems like SAP Business One.
- Comfortable with occasional physical tasks.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
