Job Description

At our vibrant entertainment venue, we're on the hunt for a highly motivated and charismatic leader to join our team as an Assistant Venue Manager. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, driving revenue growth, and cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a proven track record in leading high-energy teams, and is committed to continuous learning and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, as that's where the magic happens
  • An obsession with providing world-class guest experiences
  • Experience in driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques
  • Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organised planning skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Capable problem-solver with excellent analytical skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
