About the Job

You will also be expected to handle all aspects of guest transactions, including taking payments, managing bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Handle all aspects of guest transactions, including taking payments, managing bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve high standards of quality and consistency.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
