Job Opportunity:

Seeking a seasoned Commercial Lawyer to fill key roles in Mergers & Acquisitions, IT law, and Procurement.

Job Description:

A highly skilled Commercial Lawyer is required to work on complex commercial contracts, agreements, and transactions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in M&A, IT law, and procurement, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise on complex commercial contracting, including sponsorship agreements, media and event agreements, broadcasting rights agreements, licensing, M&A, and procurement.
  • Work closely with clients across various sectors, including sports, racing authorities, automotive, manufacturing, and large-scale enterprises.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, IT law, and procurement
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracting, agreements, and transactions
