Corporate Lawyer-Mergers &Acquisitions (M&A) / Capital Markets (3 yrs-Senior Associate)

Responsibilities
  • As a key player in the corporate team, advise blue-chip clients on sophisticated local and cross-border transactions relating to M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, corporate governance, due diligence and general commercial transactions (e.g., joint ventures).

Who you are
  • 3+ years' experience (up to Senior Associate level) in corporate / commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions / capital markets) with a 1st / 2nd-tier national / international firm or specialist boutique firm.
  • Strong research, technical and drafting legal skills with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide practical, relevant advice.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships.
  • Committed to building your own professional brand by contributing to marketing / business development activities.
  • Ambitious and driven to be the best you can be (professionally / personally) and hungry to learn from top professionals.
