Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory, and diverse industry exposure.

  • Mergers & Acquisitions Focus: Involvement in M&A transactions, supporting clients through complex deal structures and negotiations.
  • Corporate & Commercial Advisory: Advise on commercial contracts, restructures, corporate governance, private capital raising, succession planning, and stakeholder agreements.
  • Diverse Industry Exposure: Work across a broad range of industries and client groups.

We require a highly skilled and experienced lawyer who can provide strategic, commercial, and bespoke legal advice. The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
  • Demonstrated experience working in corporate and commercial law, particularly in M+A transactions managing deals between $5 million and $150 million.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling strategic, commercial, and bespoke legal advice.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Dedicated to providing outstanding client service and building strong relationships.
  • Experienced in mentoring, delegating to, and managing junior lawyers.
  • Proactive in business development and identifying growth opportunities.
