About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who require mental health and substance abuse support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Mental Health Emergency Teams to enhance outcomes for individuals with co-occurring conditions.
  • Provide effective linkages between consumers, clinicians, and services, focusing on improving the consumer journey and treatment outcomes while offering advocacy and support.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including liaison with families and/or carers.

This role requires someone with a personal understanding of mental health and addiction issues. The successful candidate will need to travel across the district as required and be available to work weekends and after-hours.
