Mental Health Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Professionals to join our dedicated team in a supportive environment.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with mental health diagnoses, providing person-centred care and daily living support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support aligned with individual needs and approved plans.
- Encourage independence and implement tailored support plans.
- Work collaboratively to manage complex behaviours and emotional needs.
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Hands-on experience supporting individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, paranoia, or complex behaviours (highly desirable).
- Certified NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Police check.
- Completed NDIS Orientation Modules.
- Infection control certificate.
- Mental Health First Aid and Certificate in Mental Health (desirable).
- Ongoing rostered shifts with flexible hours.
- Supportive team environment.
- Contribute to meaningful change in the community.
