We are seeking a qualified professional to provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in the community.
As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans for patients with mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations and create personalized treatment plans for patients with mental health needs.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient interactions and outcomes.
- Current registration as a Psychologist or Psychiatrist with AHPRA.
- Primary degree in Psychology or Medicine.
- Relevant experience working in community mental health settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fellowship and CPD Certificate (if applicable).
- Medicare provider number and ID check.
- NSW declarations and Current AHPRA Registration.
