We are seeking a Change Manager to play a key role in the implementation of our refreshed Strategy. As a Change Manager, you will plan and deliver change management activities to support the successful implementation of our Strategy.

You will work within the People and Culture Division to support change delivery of strategic projects within the Divisional Corporate Plan. The role will leverage our Change Management methodology (PROSCI) and best practice thinking, and help build internal change management and leadership capability.

About the Team

You will be joining a newly established, driven and collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to influence change during an exciting time at the TAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change programs
  • Work with project teams to deliver projects from scope to completion
  • Manage competing demands and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Engage, influence, collaborate, leverage networks and negotiate at all levels throughout the organisation
  • Build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with significant experience and success in developing and implementing change programs. You will have demonstrated experience working with project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion. You will also have proven organisational and negotiation skills with the ability to manage competing demands.

You will have highly developed change management, project management, customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage, influence, collaborate, leverage networks and negotiate at all levels throughout the organisation.

Strong Stakeholder Management skills are also essential.
