About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). As a key member of our Enterprise Change team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of our refreshed Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver change management activities to support the successful implementation of strategic projects within the Divisional Corporate Plan.
  • Work closely with project teams to deliver projects from scope to completion, leveraging the TAC Change Management methodology (PROSCI) and best practice thinking.
  • Build internal change management and leadership capability, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture Division to support the development of organizational change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing change programs, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated experience working with project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion.
  • Proven organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Highly developed change management, project management, customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels.
