**About the role**

In this newly created position as Change Manager you will plan and deliver change management activities to support the successful implementation of TAC’s refreshed Strategy. You will work within the People and Culture Division to support change delivery of strategic projects within the Divisional Corporate Plan. The role will leverage TAC Change Management methodology (PROSCI) and best practice thinking, and help build internal change management and leadership capability.

**About the Team**

An exciting opportunity exists to join the newly created Enterprise Change team within the People Experience Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement Division. You will be joining a newly established, driven and collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to influence change during an exciting time at the TAC.

**What we’re looking for**

**Significant experience and success in developing and implementing change programs**
- Demonstrated experience working with project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion_

**Proven organisational and negotiation skills with the ability to manage competing demands**
- Highly developed change management, project management, customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage, influence, collaborate, leverage networks and negotiate at all levels throughout the organisation_

**Strong Stakeholder Management skills**
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels_
- Understanding of People and Culture as a division is highly desirable. _
