About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our Enterprise Transformation division at the Transport Accident Commission. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of strategic projects and driving business improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver change management activities to support the successful implementation of projects within the Program Delivery Portfolio.
- Work closely with project teams to deliver projects from scope to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in change management and project management, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and business improvement.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with project teams and delivering projects from scope to completion.
- Strong organizational design and data transformation experience, with a focus on driving business improvement.
