We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our Enterprise Transformation division at the Transport Accident Commission. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of strategic projects and driving organizational change.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver change management activities to support the successful implementation of projects within the Program Delivery Portfolio.
- Work closely with project teams to deliver projects from scope to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
- Apply change management methodologies and best practices to drive organizational change.
- Contribute to the development of internal change management and leadership capability.
- Proven change management and project management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with enterprise data transformation programs and organizational design is highly desirable.
