About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). As a key member of our Enterprise Change team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of our refreshed Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver change management activities to support the successful implementation of strategic projects within the Divisional Corporate Plan.
  • Work closely with project teams to deliver projects from scope to completion, leveraging the TAC Change Management methodology (PROSCI) and best practice thinking.
  • Build internal change management and leadership capability, and help develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, project teams, and business units.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management principles, practices, and tools.
Requirements
  • Significant experience and success in developing and implementing change programs, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience working with project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion.
  • Proven organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
  • Highly developed change management, project management, customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, collaborate, leverage networks, and negotiate at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels.
  • Understanding of People and Culture as a division is highly desirable.
