About the Role

This full-time permanent opportunity is based out of our Perth CBD office. As a Documentation Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall Documentation Management process for the HCS Project in Perth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and updating Documentation Management Plans (DMPs)
  • Performing the role of EDMS Key User & first-level support to EDMS users
  • Ensuring documentation is properly validated before any submission to customers
  • Adapting and implementing the documentation structure in accordance with standards
  • Defining, assigning, and following contractual deliverables for technical and management documentation categories
  • Managing and deploying EDMS with tools support team & training new users and managing access rights
  • Defining and analyzing documentation reporting

You will be accountable for the deployment and execution of the documentation management process. Reporting to the Project Director, you will also manage a team of Documentation Controllers as per project needs.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Documentation or a related field
  • Railway and signalling knowledge
