We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Leader to join our team at PERSOLKELLY. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our direct reports, managing confidential information, and ensuring the efficient administration of our Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Process Development: Develop and maintain administrative processes to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Financial and Operational Reporting: Prepare and provide timely financial and operational reports, manage business processes using data, and track performance against contract KPIs.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies, protect company assets and reputation, and manage secure storage of information.
  • Procurement and Supplier Management: Develop and maintain an efficient procurement process, manage supplier relationships, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Vendor Management: Reconcile vendor accounts, process and track invoices, and ensure timely payments and accurate vendor information.

Requirements

  • Timesheet Management: Timesheet management for employees and contractors.
  • Vendor Liaison: Reconciling and liaising with clients and vendors to resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Dynamics D365 Experience: Previous experience with using Dynamics D365 preferred.
