Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our front office, you will provide exceptional client service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including typing, printing, and faxing documents
  • Manage front of house reception, including greeting clients and visitors, and coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Assist with catering for meetings, lunches, and events
  • Sort, record, and deliver mail
  • Manage deliveries for the office
  • Perform ad-hoc general administration duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive ability to work as part of a team
  • A willingness to work flexible hours
  • Professional presentation required at all times
