Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our front office, you will provide exceptional client service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clients, including typing, printing, and faxing documents
- Manage front of house reception, including greeting clients and visitors, and coordinating meeting room bookings
- Assist with catering for meetings, lunches, and events
- Sort, record, and deliver mail
- Manage deliveries for the office
- Perform ad-hoc general administration duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive ability to work as part of a team
- A willingness to work flexible hours
- Professional presentation required at all times
