Fitness Club Director

As a visionary leader, you will create an environment where members and staff thrive. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, whether that's closing a sale, supporting a member on their fitness journey, or ensuring the club runs smoothly day-to-day.
Your day will include:
- Driving membership growth and achieving sales targets
- Actively generating leads, referrals, and community outreach opportunities
- Engaging with members to boost retention and re-ignite inactive memberships
- Promoting health, fitness, and club activities on social media
- Managing daily operations to keep the club professional, welcoming, and vibrant
- Inspiring your team and contributing to a high-performance, positive culture
We're looking for someone who's as enthusiastic about fitness as they are about business growth. You'll bring:
- 1–2 years sales experience (fitness industry experience a bonus)
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Passion for health, fitness, and living an active lifestyle
- Outstanding people skills with the ability to inspire and influence
- Confidence using social media to promote and engage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid admin, organisational, and process-driven skills
- Availability across a Monday–Saturday roster
