{"h3":{"text":"About the Role"},"p":{"text":"As a Banking Consultant at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating customers on digital solutions. This role is based mainly in branches and requires a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for the bank.

You will be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of the bank.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer\u2019s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
* Being part of a collaborative team and acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
* Contributing to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and creating real customer value.
* Actively participating in and supporting bank programs and initiatives.
* Taking responsibility to \u2018know your customer\u2019 from a risk perspective.
* Ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

* Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
* Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
* Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
* Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Sound understanding of compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
