Job Title: Helpdesk Support Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Support Officer to join our Managed Services team. As a Helpdesk Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level IT support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in providing level 1 & 2 IT support
  • Sound knowledge of Office 365, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Network troubleshooting
  • Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working within a Managed Service Provider is highly advantageous
  • Tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as certifications in Azure, AWS, Microsoft, ITIL and Cisco
  • A current driver's license and vehicle
