Conveyancing Specialist Role

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our team in a flexible work-from-home arrangement. The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in high-volume conveyancing environments and be looking to leverage their skills into a hands-on training and support role.

Key responsibilities include providing support across the full residential conveyancing journey, including settlements, contract reviews, contract drafting, stamping, off-the-plan transactions, negotiations with various stakeholders, and liaison with authorities.

The ideal candidate will be confident in all things QLD conveyancing and able to mentor a team of professionals daily. They will also foster a high-performing culture of achievement in a growing business.
