About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team at the Heart Foundation Group. As a key member of our Regular Giving team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our regular giving program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Import regular giving donor data into Raiser's Edge, and export data from Raiser's Edge to form input sources for other systems or business processes.
  • Data Analysis: Prepare data for engagement activities (upgrade, reactivation) based on the behaviour of our regular giving donors.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and manage reports/dashboards across regular giving donor programs, as well as provide support for ad hoc analysis requests.
  • Post-Program Analysis: Provide post-program analysis reports and recommendations to the business.
  • Data Quality: Use and develop tools/automated processes to efficiently manage data and maintain/improve its quality.
Requirements
  • Raiser's Edge Experience: Experience with Raiser's Edge queries, exports, and queues.
  • For-Purpose Organisation Experience: Experience working with a for-purpose organisation, ideally a charity.
  • Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience in information management.
  • Data Management Skills: Demonstrated experience preparing and loading data into a database, with an ability to manage and improve data quality.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Experience transforming and manipulating data for business purposes, with an ability to analyse information needs and design effective solutions.
  • Reporting and Visualisation Skills: Experience with reporting/visualisation principles and tools.
  • Organisation and Time Management Skills: Established organisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail, and an ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience managing relationships with a wide and diverse range of internal stakeholders.
