Key Responsibilities

* Analyze primary consumer data to provide recommendations and propose actions for client's strategic decision-making
* Analyze secondary data (economic, financial etc.) to triangulate and contextualize RFI's primary research
* Sourcing and analysis of desktop content to deepen competitive insight
* Accurate creation and detailed review of sensitive performance metrics used by our clients within core functions of their institutions, and for market updates
* Creating presentation decks which tell a compelling story, using data
* Cross-functional collaboration with team members, including sales, client services, operations and research teams in our Singapore, London, Toronto and Sydney offices
* Client interaction, including attendance at client meetings and a training roadmap for presenting to clients
* Communication of ideas, thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo
