About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team at TeamLogic IT in SE Grand Rapids, MI. As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our customers' behavior, uncover future opportunities, and inform our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior across our Chrome browser extension, iOS app, and Android app.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to user engagement, retention, and overall product usage.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights that inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in user behavior.
  • Analyze the impact of new features, updates, and marketing campaigns on user engagement and product performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize product features, user flows, and overall experience.
  • User Behavior & Segmentation: Conduct in-depth user segment analysis to understand user journeys and identify opportunities for personalization and targeted improvements.
  • Track user cohorts over time to assess retention rates, churn, and the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
  • Identify key user segments that drive the most value and suggest strategies to enhance their experience.
  • Collaboration with Product Team: Work closely with the product team to provide data-driven insights for product development and prioritization.
  • Collaborate on designing and implementing A/B tests, experiments, and user feedback loops to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
  • Ensure that product decisions are grounded in data, helping to align the product roadmap with user needs and business goals.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data collected across all platforms (Chrome extension, iOS, and Android apps).
  • Implement and maintain best data collection, tagging, and analysis practices to ensure high data quality.
  • Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.
  • User Experience (UX) Insights: Analyze user feedback, ratings, and reviews to identify common pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights into how users interact with the product, including navigation patterns, feature usage, and drop-off points.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the user interface based on data-driven insights.
  • Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast user behavior and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Develop models to predict user churn, lifetime value, and other key metrics influencing product strategy.
  • Provide prescriptive analytics to recommend actions to improve user retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders across the organization, including product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that can drive decision-making.
  • Regularly communicate the impact of data-driven decisions on product performance and business outcomes.

  • Confident with native app and web analytics
  • Strong querying (SQL, Big Query) capability
  • Data translator: you turn data into insights and present them in a way that engages non-technical stakeholders
