The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large, complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will guide strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large, complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will guide strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
  • Build predictive models and conduct hypothesis testing to improve product features, user experience, and marketing efforts.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data processes and structures to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting capabilities.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis of key business questions and report findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Drive automation and optimization of data processes using SQL, Python, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and GCP.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a SaaS environment or a fast-paced startup.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics such as MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, etc.
