About the role
As our Client Relationship Manager (Specialist), you'll play a key role in strengthening partnerships, supporting clients with tailored solutions, and driving growth across the business. Based in Osborne Park, WA, this role offers the flexibility to be full-time or part-time. Perfect for someone who's passionate about building meaningful relationships and making a real impact.
You'll be the go-to person for client engagement, sales performance insights, and product education, helping our clients thrive with confidence and clarity.
This role involves:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing partners, potential clients, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Helping clients find the best product and service solutions to support their growth and success.
- Analysing sales performance and developing strategic plans to boost financial outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Engaging with key stakeholders with tenacity, urgency, and professionalism.
- Keeping accurate client records and capturing valuable insights from each sales interaction.
- Delivering clinical and technical training to a diverse range of clients with clarity and confidence.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven success in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the healthcare industry. Experience in pathology is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and influencing, with a confident and consultative approach.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Experience delivering patient-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- A natural relationship builder with a track record of creating strong networks and long-term business partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to turn clients into advocates through exceptional service and support.
- A valid Australian driver's licence.
