About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular contact with our primary referral network to ensure relationships are well nurtured.">
  • Research and discover opportunities to introduce our team to new industry colleagues.">
  • Be the main point of contact for ensuring clients receive a check in to see how their pet is doing after a visit to our facility and escalation point for client feedback.">
  • Coordination of and attendance at key networking events including continued professional development seminars, community engagement events as well as celebratory events throughout the year.">
