Job Overview

The Head of Contact Centre Engineering will be responsible for driving the transformation of customer experiences through innovative solutions that seamlessly integrate into their busy lives while driving outstanding business outcomes.

  • As the Crew Tech Lead, you will craft strategic technology plans to ensure the right initiatives are identified, prioritised and delivered to achieve Crew outcomes and metrics.
  • You will provide expert guidance to the Crew with your technical expertise to navigate complex challenges and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • The role requires effective collaboration and communication with other Crew Technical Leads and Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads to problem solve across the business and deliver shared objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A passionate technologist experienced in shaping and delivering digital technology strategies in large scalable environments.
  • A hands-on technologist prepared to roll up sleeves and get on tools where it makes sense.
  • Ideal candidate will have a background as a full-stack/full-cycle engineer and experience with modern technology stacks e.g. AWS, TypeScript, NextJS, Azure AI Foundry.
  • Ideal candidate will have worked in contact centre environments and have experience with Microsoft Contact Centre stack or equivalent.
