Job Description:

You will research industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance engagement strategies, develop and implement advanced segmentation and personalization techniques, and ensure all strategies align with data governance, privacy laws, and internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in data and analytics functions
  • Experience driving data transformation programs with proven growth outcomes
  • Strong ability to balance commercial, customer, and technical knowledge
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing and tech teams
  • Proven track record in delivering data-driven customer engagement strategies at scale
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), data integration, reporting, and visualization
