A newly created part-time Recruitment position has become available to support the school's growing workforce needs.
About the RoleReporting to the senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. You'll also contribute to generalist HR activities and have the opportunity to shape recruitment processes.
Flexibility is at the heart of this role - the school is open to how the 0.5 FTE is structured, whether across 2-3 full days or spread over 4-5 shorter days. Hybrid working arrangements are supported, with two days onsite and one day from home.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support the school's staffing needs.
- Contribute to generalist HR activities and participate in HR projects, including process improvements and system enhancements in onboarding.
- Proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition within the education sector.
- Strong generalist HR knowledge, with the ability to contribute to contract preparation, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar (highly regarded but not essential).
- Proactive, organised and approachable, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with the wider team.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, particularly in onboarding and HR systems.
- Genuine work flexibility - hybrid model and adaptable hours across the week.
