Job Description

We are seeking an experienced workforce management professional to lead our team in optimizing store operations.

You will be responsible for leading a team to optimize store workforce operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and daily service metrics.

  • Provide leadership to the workforce management team in budgeting, scheduling, time and attendance, and workforce analytics.
  • Support strategic business decisions by analyzing Key Performance Indicators and providing accurate analysis.
  • Lead the team to maintain accurate financial record-keeping systems for invoice management, accruals, and financial journal processing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Store Management, Finance, IT, Retail Support, and Suppliers.
  • Proactively lead continuous improvement initiatives within the workforce operations team.
  • Investigate schedule adherence and forecast variances, recommending changes to enhance forecast accuracy and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of workforce planning principles and systems.
  • Previous experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft suite and ability to interpret complex data.
