Job Summary

We are seeking an Analyst to support our workforce planning initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing current and future workforce capabilities, identifying skill gaps, and supporting development programs through data collection and feedback.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyse labour trends, attrition, and forecasting to maintain and update workforce supply and demand models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve engagement and resourcing processes, track vendor engagements, and liaise with suppliers to address capability gaps.
About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in workforce development, preferably with vendor management & contingent labour model component.
  • Excellent communication & relationship management skills are essential, as is experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or similar approaches.
