As an AP specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key to your success will be your ability to work closely with the CFO, Group FC, and leadership team to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

You will utilize strong Excel skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial transactions and provide exceptional support to the business.

  • Manage accounts payable operations and daily receipting functions in a high-volume setting.
  • Work closely with senior finance leaders to contribute to exciting new initiatives and systems enhancements.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex financial issues.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who thrives in collaborative environments. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with financial software and systems highly regarded.
