Community Outreach Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role offers the chance to oversee daily operations of Community Outreach Support Services. You will be responsible for managing Independent Living Units, Family Accommodation Program, and Street to Home Service. Reporting to the Manager - Outreach Services, this is a permanent, full-time position based in Northbridge, WA.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a collaborative working partnership within the Outreach Support Services leadership team, approving or rejecting client applications, developing and reviewing team members' case plans, gathering statistics for reporting purposes, and developing productive relationships within the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need appropriate tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Welfare, Community Development or related field, relevant experience in a social service environment, including experience in supervising staff, and national police record check, Working with Children Check, Current WA Drivers licence, and Current First Aid Certificate with CPR.
