This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role as Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, leading complex sales cycles, and delivering high-value solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire and retain key enterprise clients.
- Identify, pursue and close large, complex deals that meet both client needs and organisational objectives.
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design tailored solutions across finance, human resources, supply chain management, and customer experience.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Support leadership with strategic planning, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- At least 15 years' experience in sales, business development or client leadership within enterprise solutions or outsourcing.
- Solid understanding of finance, HR, SCM, and CX processes, with the ability to match solutions to client needs.
- Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals and managing long sales cycles.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, plus knowledge of RPA/AI tools is highly regarded.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for key client meetings and events.
