Change Experience Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Change Experience Strategist. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to guide, design and deliver change experiences that ensure seamless transitions and transformations.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collaborating with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans. They will be responsible for designing and facilitating experiences, workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives.

  • Assess client change needs and develop tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in change management.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses.
  • Support the growth of our team and investment in our practice by participating in team development activities.

For this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Experience in consulting, change experience, organizational development or a related field.
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing change experience strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with conducting change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
  • Ability to develop personas, user journey maps and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts.
  • Collaboration skills to integrate change experience activities into project plans.
  • Desirable but not essential: SuccessFactors change program knowledge and Australian citizenship with Baseline or above security clearance.
