Ramp Learning and Design Expert

As a specialist in learning and design, you will be responsible for creating initial, specialized skills, and recurrent training course materials for team members across various groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated learning and development packages that accurately reflect business needs.
- Design courseware including objectives, delivery methods, activities, content, media selection, and assessment instruments.
- Review course feedback forms, safety investigations, safety data trends, and audit findings to improve or update courseware.
- Network with subject matter experts from the frontline to gather knowledge.
- Support classroom and practical training for team members - induction, recurrent, and up-skilling training.
- Maintain operational knowledge of the ramp role, airline regulations, and skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in teaching, adult learning, training, and assessment.
- Demonstrated experience in course material design in ground operations or an operational role.
- Previous experience as a ramp team member.
- Strong understanding of CASA regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
- Collaboration and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.
