As a Lead Learning Experience Expert, you will play a key role in creating world-class learning experiences that empower individuals and drive organisational success.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver impactful leadership programs that meet organisational needs.
- Lead a team to create innovative learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance learning culture and performance.
- Anticipate workforce needs and create data-driven insights to inform learning strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Psychology.
- At least 5 years of experience leading L&D teams in a large, complex organisation.
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, and supporting technologies.
- Strategic thinking with ability to manage operational demands.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
