Job Opportunity

As a Learning Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our innovative learning design processes and developing high-quality learning solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead a team of instructional designers in developing high-quality learning solutions that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive change leadership by influencing the adoption of efficient learning practices and alternative learning solution designs.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality outputs are delivered within agreed timeframes and scope.
  • Provide expert advice and input to stakeholders, fostering the development of flexible and efficient learning delivery practices.
  • Review and analyze instructional design concepts, supporting the development of detailed work schedules.
  • Evaluate established learning solutions to ensure they meet business and legislative requirements.

  • Knowledge of best practices in adult and vocational learning principles, competency-based training frameworks, and VET Quality Framework (AQF).
