Overview
Business Development Manager role at Design Build in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
We're hiring a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Broker to join a high-performing team helping Australian businesses reduce their energy costs.
$100K-$110K base + super | OTE $160K Year 1 | OTE $200K-$350K+ Year 2
Responsibilities
Outbound phone-based B2B energy sales
Manage your own pipeline and monthly targets
Close ~$20K deals in a 2-3 week cycle
Ramp up to a $125K/month quota over 6 months
Uncapped commissions - top brokers earn $350K+
You'll Need
2+ years of B2B phone-based sales experience
Resilience and a strong work ethic for cold calling
Confident communicator with closing ability
