Store Leadership Role

We are seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead our retail team at The Glen Store.

This is a part-time position working 34 hours per week, with a fixed-term contract until 01/06/2026.

  1. Drive Customer Experience: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading by example and driving exceptional customer experiences, helping the team to deliver on budgets and key performance indicators.
  2. Succession Planning: The successful candidate will develop their team members to ensure they can progress into new opportunities when the time comes.
  3. Visual Merchandising: Execution of visual merchandising in-store and making commercial decisions using own discretion.
  4. Stock Management: Understanding stock management processes and prioritizing tasks.
  5. Career Development: Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to team members.
  6. Business Analysis: Analyzing reports to make commercial decisions that drive business results.
