Drive Retail Excellence with a Strategic Leader

About the Role:

This pivotal position requires an experienced and dynamic leader to champion our brand across multiple sites and drive partner success.

You'll be the go-to consultant and trusted advisor for retail partners — helping them grow profitability, execute local marketing, and bring our vibrant brand and culture to life in-store.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert operational support to retail partners
  • Coaching and mentoring partners on business planning, sales growth, and local marketing
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Promoting a strong brand culture across all sites
  • Driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior retail, hospitality or business management role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Hospitality, Retail or Food Safety
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple sites (interstate travel required) and stakeholders
  • Strong communication, collaboration and decision-making skills
  • Expertise in Food Safety, OHS and retail operational compliance
  • A coaching mindset with a passion for people and performance
