Job Description
  • To lead a fast-paced retail environment, supporting Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers in guiding store teams to excel.
  • Drive sales culture, consistently raising performance and capability through coaching and team growth and development.
  • Analyzing data to inform operational decisions, collaborating closely with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Senior Beauty Advisors.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail management, focusing on profit management, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input daily reporting data.
  • A hands-on leader who motivates, coaches, and assists team members to succeed on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be our senior advisor, leading the store team and driving sales excellence.
  2. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving KPIs and team growth.
  3. Utilize data analysis to inform business decisions, enhancing store performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous retail management experience with expertise in profit management, sales forecasting, and people management.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to support daily reporting and operations.
  3. A results-driven leader who empowers team members to excel.
