Philanthropy and Partnership Development Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Philanthropy and Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in securing strategic funding, cultivating meaningful donor relationships, and showcasing the impact of funded initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain partnerships with philanthropic organizations, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand our network of philanthropic and corporate partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners to secure funding and support for our programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify fundraising trends, interpret reports and data, and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and the Impact Data and Evaluation team to develop impact measures and communicate the impact of funded projects to partners, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Develop fundraising proposals and presentations for potential donors and facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, and other engagement activities to develop, nurture, and maintain strategic partnerships.
