About the Role

As the Growth Lead at S2M Digital Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of innovation and experimentation in a rapidly expanding business.

You will be responsible for planning, launching and scaling user acquisition and retention initiatives focusing on biddable media and performance-driven marketing, in particular across Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn).

You'll work closely with a dedicated team of performance and growth managers to optimise customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Execute and optimise new growth opportunities through creative experimentation on all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Performance teams to enhance customer experiences and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Test and analyse, and conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Utilise data analytics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Your Background

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Experience executing and optimising new growth opportunities through creative experimentation on all digital channels.
  • Experience collaborating with Performance teams to enhance customer experiences and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in testing and analysing and conducting A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to optimise marketing efforts.
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, or a related field with a focus on growth.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
