  • Procurement, stock management, and supply chain optimization are essential skills for this role.
  • Data entry of quotes, receipts, and monitoring stock levels accurately and efficiently is vital for maintaining a smooth operation.
  • Producing regular production reports ensures full support from sales, office, and production teams.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Handling difficult problems or complaints requires strong problem-solving skills to provide desired solutions.
  • Prior experience in customer service or coordination is necessary for success in this role.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and solve problems quickly is essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites and Xero is highly desirable.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
